Celebrating Seven Years of Kneads & Wants
Every anniversary has felt like a milestone.
We opened Kneads & Wants in September 2019. By our first anniversary, we were serving our community through a newly installed bakery window while everyone sheltered inside. The following year felt like the beginning we had been waiting for, even though we had already been open for two years.
Since then, we have navigated supply disruptions, staffing shortages, rising costs, difficult winters and plenty of unexpected challenges. Through every season, our community has continued to show up for us.
Now, somehow, we are celebrating seven years—and we want to celebrate with you throughout September.

Four Jumbo Cookies for $7
Throughout September, we’re offering a limited number of anniversary cookie boxes. Each $7 box includes your choice of four available housemade jumbo cookies—a regular retail value of $9.80 to $14, depending on your selections.
Only 200 cookie boxes will be available, while supplies last.
Every purchased cookie box also includes an anniversary sweepstakes entry form. Complete the form and return it to the bakery by September 30 for a chance to win one of 74 prizes.
Purchasing a cookie box is not required to enter and will not improve your chances of winning. The identical entry form is available free of charge at Kneads & Wants during regular business hours.

The Da Bears Claw returns Sunday, September 13, for the beginning of the Bears’ regular season—and every Sunday during their season for as long as it lasts.
